RecommendedDr. Bastian has been my personal physician for more than 20 years. He & his staff have served me with compassion, common sense, and fact-based knowledge through health concerns both large and small. I would highly recommend this practice and feel thankful that I am a patient here.
I wish I could give the zero stars. During my visit I had a good experience other than the fact that they couldn't get their computers up and I had to wait forever. I saw the NP for a wellness visit and while in the office she asked me questions to make casual conversation. We talked about how I was getting married and laughed about similar experiences and how stressful it is to plan a wedding. I left feeling like I had finally for a family physician in my new hometown. Dr. Sam and staff are the best! Always caring and extremely helpful. If you need a highly skilled internist with a wonderful staff this is the place for you. Dr. Sam has been my physician for 25 years and simply cannot be beat in Franklin area. Dr. Sam is one of the few physicians left who round on their patients at Williamson Medical Center. This further demonstrates Dr. Sam’s dedication to his patients.

Absolutely fantastic service and care! Great location. Pleasant and helpful staff. My family has been seeing Dr. Bastian for several years now, and he and his staff has become like family to us. He is the real definition of a family doctor. You can't go wrong getting care from him and his team.
I can't thank you enough for this clinic. It made it so nice for my husband to go today right before his lunch and be seen and be back out so quickly ( he is not a doctor person and has been sick for 3 weeks ) he saw the the NP and she was very efficient we have been to both locations and are so pleased and blessed to have such a great group of doctors thank you
I had the worst experience at this walk in clinic that I have ever had at any clinic. I usually go to the Cool Springs location and love it. We see Dr. Thorley there and she is just incredible. We also utilize their walk in clinic and it has always been a great experience. Today, I decided to try the Franklin clinic location as it's closer to our home.
