I got my Electra Glide in a private sale. When I took it to Lake Choppers for a checkup they were very attentive. I did not get an owner's manual so they ordered one for me and gave it to me free of charge. Since then I have had it serviced their for all the routine stuff. I like the fact that on Saturday you can just show up and they service first come first served. Oil change, new tires, safety check, all without an appointment.
