What can I say I went in owning a Honda CBR500R and left owning my first Harley Thanks to John one of the sales representatives( Who by the way is awesome and deserves a raise),the customer service is excellent and everyone there is very knowledgeable, professional and personable, for me it was by far an excellent experience.
What can I say I love Harleys and over the years I’ve developed a bunch of good friendships at the dealership. I have priced bikes at other dealers all the way to florida and North End consistently wins. Occasionally you can find a better price but you also have to consider the customer service after the sale.
Great Place and People to Do Business With. Long Term Employees, Love their Employer, Work and Helping Customers.. Buy Local, Support your Community..
Very displeased with North end HD right now. First they sell me the wrong battery, then they sell me one missing all of the hardware.
