RecommendedRode up to Lake Placid from Dutchess County and got my self into a Jam with my Road glide. Took a ride to North End and Jon and the staff took care of me big time. They made me feel like family..............
worst service I have ever had. will not be going back, other than to pick up my side by side that has been there over a month for warranty work. the manufacturer CFMOTO was nice to deal with dealership was less than a pleasure to work with. bad when the new rig sits for over a week before a warranty claim is even started

I have walked into this place twice in a week and they ignore me and don’t even bother coming asking if I need help with anything trust me I have spent plenty of money in the last month an hour into Vermont at green mountain sad can’t even speak to someone because you don’t think they can buy anything funny I just purchased a 2019 road glide cash on the last day of July said lost about 500 bucks in two trips I would have spent
The service dept. can't tell the same story twice. They must think I rode in on a head o' cabbage !
They were courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with!
