My daughter put a large deposit on a car, had credit reports run and was so excited for the purchase. The company never had the title! We waited a month for it and tried to communicate with management. Towards the end I called every other day. Sometimes I'd get a return call, sometimes not. When nobody would talk with me about refunding her deposit, I had to threaten a dispute on her debit card. Wasted everyone's time. She did buy the exact same car from another dealer.
