I bought a 2017 ****** Prius in December at North End Motors. They listed it as having heated seats, morrors and a JBL speaker package. This is why I bought it.The salesman came on a test drive and showed me the button he said worked the seats.He turned on the radio to show me the speakers (there was nothing that said JBL). When I went to use the seats a few weeks later they didn't work.
