Had another 5 star Aquastretch which was amazing, and now I'm back jogging and working out again. No more ankle, leg, knee pain after one stretch! Love it and love North County Water and Sports Therapy!!
If you are looking for the penultimate in Physical Therapy expertise, North County Water and Sports Therapy Center is the place. Their leader, Beth Scalone, is a second to none professional. Her team really can work magic. I have used them for back surgery, shoulder surgery and just just advise on proper exercise techniques. All have been totally successful. I sure do owe a lot to this dedicated/knowledgeable team. My highest recommendation!
Jordan and Jan were amazing to work with! I walked in the door limping from a running injury, 6 weeks later I walked out a stronger runner. They helped heal my injury, but also focused on showing me how to become a faster, stronger and more efficient runner. Taking with me a ton of new strength training drills to incorporate and focus on. Thanks you two for helping me refocus and prioritize my running and strength.
Beth and her crew have kept my 59 year old body together enough that I've won several tennis tournaments and play USTA leagues year round. Without their expertise and skill set to treat all my torn/strained/sprained ligaments/tendons, I would have had to retire from competitive sports.If you need Physical Therapy, get these ladies to work on you and make sure, you follow all those instructions to the tee...Your frequent flyer buddy...thanks for all you do!! I've had a THR last year and this was my second attempt to getting back on track, so to speak. Ryann was fantastic! Innovative with my therapy which is giving me the results I've been missing. Great with follow up and providing additional exercises to do at home to help me continue to be successful. All the staff there are great. I highly recommend this facility!! Thanks Ladies
I've worked with Jackie to alleviate knee and shoulder pain - and with Brooke as my personal trainer for several years. They have helped me work through the pain - and get ready for knee replacement surgery. I will rely on their expertise and caring assistance to get me back on my feet after the knee surgery...cannot imagine going any place else! The facility is top notch, administration is organized and SO helpful and the staff is skilled, kind and caring.
