So disappointed and irritated. First, I got info on the Internet about car options. The sales rep provided me info that sounded good but end up false. He said he had 2 cars at good price. We worked with Eric and Ross and they were the best sales people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were so kind and patient they showed us about 14 different cars and all kinds of pricing. A truly great place to buy a car.
I been having problems with my car for several months I keep going back there and telling them the same problem is happening but they say they can't find the problem so all of a sudden I'm passed the 60,000 mile and now they want to charge me after they done told me that they would honor it because it's been having the same problems well to me it doesn't seem like they're honoring it because now they're trying to make me pay just for them to look at it. This Hyundai dealer, and the salesman who handled the lease deal for me, deserve my highest praise. My adult son helped me discuss the lease deal with Robert Wilson, the salesman, and I am so very pleased with the fact that he listened to my needs, and came back to us with a lease deal we could not refuse. I always have my car serviced there with Hyunai parts.
Horrible customer service. The sales team (including the 'acting' manager in charge) were not helpful at all. I will never again purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future. My honest opinion. And btw... I ended up with a much nicer vehicle from a different dealership. I ended up with a brand new 2014 BMW. A better car from a much better dealership with top-notch service.
