Three months and still haven’t given us the second key, and when we got the car it was to have rear lift gate on the pod. Lies that all we get. This was our second vehicle in three years here and will be the last.
Needed window mechanism repaired after break in. Called me in 3 times saying it was fixed. First time it wouldn’t go down locally. Second time window wouldn’t go down all the way. Do they not check their work? Took 2 weeks to fix. This veteran will not be back. Go elsewhere, save yourself the headache.

Love the staff at North County Hyundai in Carlsbad. I had a very specific request and they met + exceeded my expectations. I am now the proud owner of an Ioniq hybrid. If you are looking for a hassle free experience, I recommend this dealership.
The service department is great! They are always professional and very helpful.
The finance department completely dropped the ball in setting up our auto pay. Salesman Joe Murray was great. Manager Robert Wilson just blew us off and said we would have to re-address the auto pay with Hyundai ourselves.
