Unfriendly!!! And what kind of dealership locks up their water???? You can get free, unlocked Starbuck's coffee and water from Hoehn Audi and this Hyundai place locks up their water.
Leased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe for 3 years. It's just after 2 years and the battery failed it's tests during an inspection. I was surprised to find out that the battery is not fully warranted for the length of the lease. Ended up costing an extra $100. Hyundai advertises their great warrantee but the service manager said there was nothing she could do. She was nice, but Hyundai should back their leases with hassle free warrantee.
Best experience getting a car, and I hate going to dealers. This is the third time there and have had excellent experiences always.

Hands down the best purchase experience ever! Would definitely recommend North County Hyundai. Just purchased a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra at this location and let me tell you I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you Christian Alvarez for making my purchase nice, fun and easy. Best experience buying a car...hands down. Ask for Josh Jamison! You will not be disappointed. He listened to me, understood my needs, and got me my deal. Quickly and without runaround. THEN...you can head into the greatest finance Dept at any car dealer ever...do your paperwork, and get outta there. If you are in SD and want a Hyundai, you are crazy to go anywhere. Trust me...I spent a full day doing the research so you didn't have to.

So disappointed and irritated. Test drove a car today that we really liked. Since it was the first car we drove in our car search, we let them know we were going to look at some other models before deciding. As we walked away the salesman came after us and offered us a price for the car if we would make the deal right then. It was "right now, one time" offer. We agreed and went in the office to sign the deal. Once in the office the manager informed us they couldn't honor that deal. Really??? Completely unacceptable business ... read more
