Had all my windows replaced with North Country windows a year ago. No change in the utility bills. Was promised they would go down about 1/3.
The installers were great to work with, however, had to stop work because city inspector stopped to look at permit, which they hadn't taken out. They had to get the permit the next day so they could finish. The windows look nice, but, they don't slide as well as they should. Overall--NO- I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Great experience, service and product. I had new windows installed a few days ago and I am very happy with what I paid for. Triple pane windows that are beautiful inside and out. Snowed today and the cold is kept out. Thanks for the great product and service. Tell Tina I sent you over.
This company does not respect the Do Not Call list. I get phone calls constantly from this company even though I tell them I live in an apartment. This has been going on for years.
Windows seem nice. Salesman Joe was far from decent to work with. Installers were very good. Can't believe anything Joe promises. When he sold us our windows in August he said they would be installed mid October. Then it was the end of November. Then the first week of December. They finally were installed the end of January. He said he would refund some money for all of the runaround but then called and said he was stopping payment on the check. Hopefully the windows are better than his word.
