Delivery date right on schedule. Called few days prior to verify I was available to be around on installation date. Was really cold day of installation but took all precautions to keep the house warm, closing doors, etc when doing the install. Nice crew, worked continuously and had 2 big windows installed within 3 hours. They did excellent cleanup driveway, garage and house. I'll call 'em again.
North Country Windows did an exceptional job with replacement of a large picture window and two casements at our house. The installers were competent, friendly, efficient, and well-equipped to handle all parts of the demolition and installation process. The final result is aesthetically pleasing, and air-tight. Windows seal completely, no air passing into house, as with old Windows. Also I can clean windows on both sides form inside house. Installers were quick and professional. Plus staff follows up after the sale and install.
The windows look very modern. Insulate us from the heat and cold very well. Along with patio doors and the front door makes my house look so good. Everything was installed very promptly. Our new windows make such a difference. They don't leak, they look great, and are so easy to clean. We are so glad we had our windows replaced by North Country Windows and doors!

Good product, easy to deal with.
Buying new windows is a challenging decision. However North Country made it easy and every step of the way they followed through. From ordering, from the expected delivery date (which came early) and the installation and followup quality call. We were pleased and plan on choosing North Country to finish the rest of our homes windows.
