Worst facility. Although the one young gal in the office is nice. Every time I had gone in, I waited over an hour to even go back to the room, to then wait even longer for the NP or DR. (3 hour appointment, for them to only talk with you for maybe 5-7 minutes) well.... Today was my LAST time and after waiting over an hour I walked out and will find a new doctor. I DO NOT recommend this place. Going to urgent care is better than here.
I moved from Utah to Flagstaff mid-pregnancy. I found Dr. Herrick and I couldn't have been more happy with her! She listened to every concern, has made an effort to get to know my family and has been very professional yet personable. I can't say enough great things about her! We have Dr. Abbott as our pediatrician and he has been awesome! We have seen Dr. Song when Dr. Abbott wasn't available and were very impressed with her as well!
This drs office is a joke. You make an appointment and then sit in the lobby for a minimum of an hour just to get told that they are short staffed and running behind. They never seem to care that you have a life and other arrangements to get to. Not to mention don't even try to call because you will be on hold to talk to someone for 45 minutes and then when they do answer they ask you to hold for another ten minutes. Don't take anyone you love here. They don't give a shit about you. They are ONLY nice to people who aren't low income sometimes not just them either and that was the purpose of them in the first place!
