The staff sucks, the wait time is horrible and the doctors don't care. I will never go back to these terrible people.
I have been going here for years and have excellent care. My doctor has gone out of her way for me and she really cares about my health issues. Thank you to all who work here and especially my doctor Nicole ..
I'm not wanting to come back here. I have to schedule my appointments for a few months in advance. And then if your late you only get a 5 minute grace period before it's canceled That's just bullshit. I'm looking into another provider for my health care. I'm tired of all the waiting and bull shit excuses they give
Their OBGYN department is top notch. My wife and I have enjoyed every visit. The ultrasounds were quick and clear, Joyce Garcia is amazing and so friendly, we couldn't be happier there!
Appointment itself was OK, but wasn't told that I actually did not need a well woman's exam before it was scheduled and was already in the back for the doctor. Follow up with the office has been difficult as my pharmacy called me asking to call the office on their behalf as they tried sending a refill request through about 4 times with no response. Once I was contacted, I was told Dr. Gann refused to refill the prescription that I have used for years. Dr. Gann did not to say why and I found out 3 days before I needed it. She... read more
Five stars to the pharmacy and dental office's! Clinic? Not good.
Today I talked. With Monty at referals. I am a Winslow patient, & I've been waiting for an order for an Mri for my neck. The nerves & spinal cord are being squeezed by bony arthritic overgrowth ( osteophytes ). I was told it was submitted 3 weeks ago by the Winslow office & Will said Medicare was still working on it. Monty found it sitting in front of him as i was talking with him on the phone. Kudos to Monty today who was honest to tell me as well. He is a Rockstar too.
