Their OBGYN department is top notch. My wife and I have enjoyed every visit. The ultrasounds were quick and clear, Joyce Garcia is amazing and so friendly, we couldn't be happier there!
Appointment itself was OK, but wasn't told that I actually did not need a well woman's exam before it was scheduled and was already in the back for the doctor. Follow up with the office has been difficult as my pharmacy called me asking to call the office on their behalf as they tried sending a refill request through about 4 times with no response. Five stars to the pharmacy and dental office's! Clinic? Not good.
Today I talked. With Monty at referals. I am a Winslow patient, & I've been waiting for an order for an Mri for my neck. The nerves & spinal cord are being squeezed by bony arthritic overgrowth ( osteophytes ). I was told it was submitted 3 weeks ago by the Winslow office & Will said Medicare was still working on it. Monty found it sitting in front of him as i was talking with him on the phone. Kudos to Monty today who was honest to tell me as well. He is a Rockstar too.
Worst facility. Although the one young gal in the office is nice. Every time I had gone in, I waited over an hour to even go back to the room, to then wait even longer for the NP or DR. (3 hour appointment, for them to only talk with you for maybe 5-7 minutes) well.... Today was my LAST time and after waiting over an hour I walked out and will find a new doctor. I DO NOT recommend this place. Going to urgent care is better than here.
I moved from Utah to Flagstaff mid-pregnancy. I found Dr. Herrick and I couldn't have been more happy with her! She listened to every concern, has made an effort to get to know my family and has been very professional yet personable. I can't say enough great things about her! We have Dr. Abbott as our pediatrician and he has been awesome! We have seen Dr. Song when Dr. Abbott wasn't available and were very impressed with her as well!
This drs office is a joke. You make an appointment and then sit in the lobby for a minimum of an hour just to get told that they are short staffed and running behind. They never seem to care that you have a life and other arrangements to get to. Not to mention don't even try to call because you will be on hold to talk to someone for 45 minutes and then when they do answer they ask you to hold for another ten minutes.
