I have no problem with the health care but cannot get thru on the phone. I am put on hold for long periods of time. I usually just hang up. Looking for health casre where someone answers the phone !!!!
Both my daughter (10 months old) and myself go to North Country for our care, she uses the Pediatricians sector and I use the OBGYN. Both my fiancé and I LOVE Dr. Joyce Garcia. She did my prenatal care, delivered our daughter, and I will continue to have her for our new addition (currently 11 weeks pregnant with baby #2). Dr. Song is the best Ped and we honestly couldn't ask for anyone better. The office really takes caring for their patients seriously and you never feel silly if you have a "dumb" question. I am eternally grateful for Northcountry Healthcare and the wonderful staff here; as well as any funders that have helped make healthcare affordable. Wow, never before have I had an American Doctor that took the time to thoroughly understand and answer all my questions. I'm so appreciative of Dr. Korey and the pharmacists for their time and expertise. Thank you!!!
I went to North Country regarding some pain I had, paid the bill in full and received a bill from Lab Corp for tests I never had. I was told by Lab Corp that Kathy Barth had sent in the test for me and that I needed to call North Country to get this fixed. I called North Country and they told me Ms. Barth had in her notes that I received this test. I am being billed $384 for a test that was never conducted. I am absolutely furious and do not recommend these people at all.
