I bought a 2011 hyundai elantra and after shopping around not only did they beat the price of other cars but the miles as well. I had a very good car buying experience, gene and Oleg were very fair and helpful, and even got me a better finance rate than my bank. One of the requests I had was to get a spare tire for the car that didn't come with one, and after the whole process I had completely forgotten to get the spare. Michael is a very helpful person, he makes sure everything is taken care of on each visit. I feel I am in good hands, like Allstate, when he's around.
Nick was perfect for us. He was helpful but wasn't pushy or demanding. we appreciated his willingness o help, make us happy but nor make us feel pressured to buy something we weren't comfortable with. At the end, we got the car and are very pleased with the price, the car, Nick and Isabella.
Igor was an outstanding gentlemen. He showed great professionalism and courtesy. The same can be said about Isabella. Thank you very much!
