BUYER BEWARE! We recently purchased a Honda Odyssey from North Coast Auto Mall, and they concealed past damage, did not disclose a previous accident, nor did they tell us about the replacement of a quarter panel. The Carfax report did not have the accident reported, and the dealership was keeping it concealed. Once the damage was discovered they refused to refund us our deposit even though they promised to do so on several occasions. Oganes is a great sales person. He really took the time to explain details on the car I purchased. The Finance Dept. needs to work on explaining what is needed to eliminate some time. I was here 3 days before deal was final
We really liked the service and flexibility of Adam, the finance person and the mechanic. I was a little disappointed that the car needed a repair when we came to pick it up but they took care of it immediately while we waited.
