I worked with Jared, who was WONDERFUL -- all by email and then by phone. He responded immediately to my many questions, was patient, and honest through the entire process. This is a wonderful family-owned company who treats their customers with care. And their prices are excellent. Don't hesitate to work with them!!!
Bought a used 2011 Chevy Silverado about two years ago. This place uses every trick possible to make the vehicle look good. Undercoating to hide rust, and black electrical tape to hide rust on black paint!! We even took the truck back to fix a roof leak and it still leaks!!! There was so much Armor All on this truck that as we drove home and I followed in my car, my car was covered in it as well. Will not be back for these weasels to take advantage again.
James and crew have treated us amazingly well since my wife purchased her Jeep at the end of December. Between some issues we have had, they have been there right away to help us through them (soft top, oil leak, fuel line, and coolant troubles). They helped us with all of those problems and went above and beyond multiple times with other issues too (their warranty was a no brain deal for the price compared to any dealership I've dealt with). Looking forward to doing business with them again!
