They came out today and hooked up my fiber optic, one gentleman came, then one finished his job and came to help him finish up because it was lunch time and then another one came as he had finished his job to help out the other one, he didn't know the 2nd gentleman was already there, they finished it up in no time, they were all very courteous and just didn't stick the box anywhere, moved my router to a different spot, his suggestion not mine. I switched from satellite TV to cable after they ran the fiber optic through our neighborhood to get the bundle deal and I think I've made a terrible mistake. I have to unplug the boxes every morning pretty much and plug it back up sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. On my internet we are supposed to have 2.4 and 5.0 but on my phone and my fire sticks I only get 2.4 most of the time. I'm afraid if these problems don't get resolved soon then I'm going to have to look at some other options.
