My bill went up $10 this month and I am furious. I will be trying something different for sure! Can I say rip off! Something has got to change!
These prices are outrageous I pay 180 for 1 tv with no movie channels, internet that freezes up when trying to watch online movies, and a phone line I can't use. As far as customer service they are always nice to talk too but I really hope that one day some other providers can come to our community to get service to help our community out.
If you are looking for tv service and want the best customer service around you must choose NCTC. I just had a problem with my remote and I had more than one employee reach out to me from home to help me resolve the issue. They did this out of the goodness of their heart not because they were getting paid. Oh yeah and I have to say I love that my tv doesn't go out every time a bird flies over.
