Too expensive my first bill was over $800 dollars they are rude the manager can’t even do math can’t explain why my I bill so high I would stay away from these people would not recommend too get service through them

I have been working from home for two months now and in those two months I have not seen a slow down of my fiber optic wi-fi. I am very happy with this service
This place is ridiculous. Called them I live in town told me I could only get 30 mb speed and had to have emergency phone. I think it’s funny because they sent me something awhile back saying I didn’t have to have a phone plus wanted to charge me $102.00 a month for 30 mb. I called wind stream and got a a lot better deal with faster speed.

Without NCTC my SCHS Senior and Junior daughters would not be able to continue with online learning and my son would fall behind in the progress he’s made this year as well. I also would not be able to Quarantine and still work while at home. Internet service in Riddleton is AWESOME!!! THANK YOU!!!
My UT daughter is in her room participating in a live class, and my SCHS senior is in another room taking a Vol State quiz. We’re thankful in Dixon Springs for our service!
The NCTC customer service has always been great. Whether I call in to speak with someone to the techs that have been out to the house. Everyone has been most helpful.
