RecommendedService and repair & the people. Thank you NCTC
NCTC has a monopoly going on in outliers of Sumner co. They are ridiculously expensive. For what I pay in internet alone, I could get internet, phone, and tv with another company. Unfortunately no other companies service where we live.
Shout out to Austin (phone support) and the tech (we didn't get his name) who came out on a rainy wet Saturday to fix our service after a lightening strike. No more than an hour after I called we were back up and running. Thank you!!
Extremely expensive but it's the obnoxious condescending staff at the Scottsville office that makes me never want to do business with them again. Perhaps this is a marketing strategy to go to auto draft. Never had a pleasant experience there.
Internet went out for seemingly no reason right after midnight. Went to website, and it showed a 24 hour phone number. There was no answer. Very annoyed by this. It's over priced as well. Had to deal with having them as service due to it being a rural area, NCTC has a monopoly at the time. But now there are other internet providers popping up. I will be looking somewhere else.
lower there prices, I'm getting ready to look at other options. they increased mine to 188 this month and im getting tired of these price hicks
I can't complain about the service but they are ridiculously expensive. In my opinion adding a % if you pay after the 15th is a bit much. I got smart and started saving my money.
Good service, and great to have service when you need it!
