My wife and I work from home and rely on a reliable, stable Internet connection. NCTC does that for us. I live in the middle of nowhere and have fiber service to my home. I have friends in large cities that can't say the same thing. I'm not going to say there are no problems but with a phone call a friendly face will come to my home to resolve any problem. BTW, I only subscribe to the phone and Internet as I use other services for TV but I am thankful NCTC!
Not good to be paying for WiFi, and not have it. Not happy at all.
They have a monopoly and will charge what they want. Is this company for the public or for the people on the board?
