I keep getting a bill for a specialty Dr. I never saw. they keep sending me bills that should not exist. I called their incompetent billing/coding department 3 times and they say the same thing each time... they will look into it and get back with me. Nope, 3 months later and still not resolved. My insurance was notified as well. TOTAL INCOMPITENCE.
