RecommendedAvera Heart Hospital is an awesome place to work. Everyone works so well together, like one big family. It is the best hospital to be a patient in. Patients are always telling me how wonderful the care they received was. I see our Doctors do extraordinary miracles with the assistance of every staff member. This hospital can't be beat!

RecommendedSame day surgery staff! Very caring! Let’s you and your family know what is going on at all times- I do wish the hotel would let you same a room if you live several hours away- first come basis does not work ! You can not travel and not know if you have a room as most of the time you would get there late evening! Even if they say MOST of the time there is a room!!!!
Everyone were great, made me feel at ease and the Hospital food was great.
God Bless those people who work at the Avera ❤️ Hospital. You are truly angels of God doing his healing and compassionate caring for people. I had surgery just this last week and I would say I could give this facility a 10 + stars. We were so satisfied with the doctor appointments, phone calls and the caring nature we received. The day of surgery went off without a hatch. The nurses were beyond caring and will always hold a special place in my repaired heart.
