Can't tell you how great and dedicated these people are in every aspect of the work done. From the docs and counselors to the volunteers, everyone works so hard for the people we serve. I'm proud to be part of this. If only HIPPA would allow NCHC to tell the many, many success stories that have happened with the help of these people!
Constantly late. They dont keep track of my medications in their system. No responsibility either. When someone makes a mistake they will just blame it off to the next person. Took me 4 months to get a new psychiatrist and of course a week before my appointment they reschedule. Not like I needed to see them or anything. Find another place. I'm currently looking for one. The only positive reviews are from the workers! YOU GUYS SUCK AT YOUR JOBS!!!!!
Constantly late. Hard to get ahold of anyone that's actually in charge. And when you do call someone its always voicemail. Told them I didn't have a lot of extra money for medications and every medicine they prescribed was overpriced. I would steer away from this company and look elsewhere. This is like the Wal Mart of Health Care centers. You are a number here. Not a person. Whether that's a patient number or a dollar number will be up to you on how much time your willing to waste with this company.
I couldn't imagine working anywhere else. My co-workers are like family to me. We work as a team to stay strong and not give up. Aside from staffing issues at the moment (which are all over by the way not just by us) we stay strong for our patients & we always make sure they are cared for like they deserve. This job isn't cut out for just anyone. You need complete dedication. But I wouldn't want to be anywhere else because I love my NCHC family.
