Warned you not to release my nephew after just two short days when he was trying to commit suicide. He took his life. Don’t claim to be a crisis center when you truly are not.

My cousin came to your facility in July seeking help! Your facility turned him away because your beds were full. U told him to go to AA. Because u couldn’t help him or suggest or make calls to get him the help he was so desperately needed he is no longer here on earth as of Wednesday August 28th! I get that u may not have had the room, but when someone wants to commit themselves and are so desperately seeking help and you turn them away you should not be operating at all! Read the negative reviews and listen to them. This place is the epitome of healthcare sleaze. They do not care about their patients only how much money they can wring out of them.
Different programs. Warm water theropy is great. But realy book smart and street stupid on psyciatric care. No understanding at all. Rude staff. Reports written for daring to ask a question. And then there is community care program. Where staff basically can choose to provide services or not. Leaving the most vulnerable people with out proper care. So happy we transferred my mom. The care in the memory care unit far exceeds that of the previous home. The facility has a much better design for residents with dementia.
The staff here are very caring. They seem to want to make life better for the people and are genuinely concerned. The memory care unit uses cutting edge methods that help to assist the patients in ways I never imagined. Strongly recommend going here if your family members need assistance.
