I limped into the North Cascades Gym just over a year ago with a very broken body. I was in a car wreck that nearly took my life. Last month I completed a half marathon!! Dream makers are the people who help you achieve your dreams. Thank you Mark and NCAC staff for being my dream makers. P.S. I do not limp today �
Very welcoming and uplifting atmosphere. Trainers motivate you to do your best, without pushing you past your body's limits. Members are encouraging throughout the whole workout. Workouts have lots of variety and something for everyone!! Loved my experience and will continue to come back!
From the staff to the trainers you will find no better than NCAC to help you achieve your specific fitness goals. The CrossFit community at NCAC is what will keep you motivated and coming back. If you're willing to work hard these guys and gals will push you to your limit! Special thanks to CrossFit head trainer Andrew Denham for helping me so much this past year and to Mark Milner for keeping the program going strong.
By far the best gym in North-Central Washington! The place is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.
