RecommendedI give North Cascade Athletic Club "5 stars". NCAC is the only full service Gym and Athletic Club in the area. It is run very professionally. I prefer working out in group exercise classes. The instructors focus on teaching us proper form and technique geared towards our own specific needs and abilities. NCAC's 8:30am CrossFit class is my favorite group exercise class so far. I can’t even tell you how much I love playing Pickleball! I smile and laugh through all of our shenanigans.
We are new to Omak! Becoming members at NCAC has made our transition here so much easier. We’ve loved playing tennis, pickleball, walleyball, and working out in the Crossfit gym. Everyone we’ve met has been so welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend!!

Wonderful place to work out with a great staff. I am working toward getting stronger and health again after so many years. Last year at this time I couldn't pull the bed covers over myself without effort now I am so much stronger. Thanks many times over
