CrossFit classes are the perfect way to start your morning. Mason is a top notch instructor and will help you perfect your technique and push you to new levels of fitness you never though possible. Barre fitness is for everyone. Megan makes it a fun group workout that gets your heart thumping and the blood pumping. She will help you get the most out of your workout and keeps you motivated to keep pushing your limits. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love this gym! Everyone is so friendly and I come every time I’m in town. Mason teaches the CrossFit class and he does an amazing job coaching and helping athletes get better!

first and foremost, it is a full Fitness gym and athletic club. They offer several Fitness classes as well as Athletic Sports classes. They cater to all ages from youth to seniors, they have a Sports Shop, locker rooms, Fitness Bar and Day care. the only thing they're missing is a swimming pool. The owners and staff maintain a level of professionalism at all times and the owners are the nicest people you would ever want to meet.
