I want to thank Dr Jeremy and his wonderful Staff.. The compassion and love for animals is beyond measure. I just had to help my beloved dog Joker to the rainbow bridge. The compassion that Joker and I received there can't be measured. You can generally tell when people love their jobs and what they do.. From the time you walk in the door compassion is there. I took my puppy here for her first shots today. The staff was kind and compassionate. Dr. Shumaker and his assistant, Lexi, made my pup feel relaxed and safe during her first exam/shots. I'm looking forward to going back for my pup's second round of shots because I know it'll be another wonderful experience. Thank you all so much!
We brought my parents dog in today for a ruptured vertebrae and Dr Shumaker and his staff were so accomodating. They scheduled us last minute without charging an arm and a leg, and explained things honestly and easy to understand. They even cut his meds in half so we didn't have to do it ourselves. We were all very impressed. North Branch has definitely gained new patients today!
The folks there are kind, professional, and great with all of their patients. Definitely earned a loyal 'patient' from my cat and I.
Thank you for helping me today, I was very pleased & blessed to have found you. I had a serious choice to make today and the staff were very caring Alah went in peace. I just could not place her in 6 months of isolation no pet deserves this. At her age she wold have grieved herself to death. I have nothing but respect for all of the staff there Thank You.
Dr. Jeremy Shumaker & staff are friendly & very helpful. They have great hours & reasonable prices. I highly recommend him, he did a great job with my little pup. He took his time with us & continues to everytime we come. I was highly satisfied & if your looking for someone who does their job well & cares about his patients this is the place to go!
