Went to Dr. Shumaker after a long, over 1 month battle with another local vet. So happy with his staff and is compassion and caring for my little opie. He explains everything and explains what he is doing and what can b done next...unlike the other vet, who just threw meds at me and not explaining what they were or anything. Which in the long run made him much more sicker than he was in the first place. I wish I would have taken him to Dr. Shumaker to begin with. Dr. Shumaker saw my cat on a Saturday after hours to treat an infection. They are currently working diligently to find out why the same cat is losing weight. a great and caring staff.
I took my dog Smokey there she needed surgery due to a tumor. They were great. very affordable. I live 2 hours away but it was totally worth the drive. I will only take my animal to them now.
They are not caring at all was willing to let my kitten die rather than take two payments one when seen and rest in a week they are all about the money not your pets health.
We had a great experience today, thank you! It is nice to see how caring everyone was, & how staff took their time with our dog. It was reassuring that we made the right decision to switch to your office! :)
Thank you for everything you did for my baby Bruiser. Although it didn't go the way I wanted, I couldn't have chose a better vet. Thanks for trying everything that you tried to do to make him better. If I ever chose to get another dog I will be back to see you!
