Took my dog Weezie there for the first time today for the fear of Lyme desease. Dr. Shumaker was great with her. I got her results in 15 minutes no Lyme desease. Thank God. But the doctor and all of his staff was just wonderful. They explained everything and are caring enough to want a return phone call even if she is doing better. I will never take my pets to another vet. I will also HIGHLY recommend them to other pet owners. It was a great experience!!! Thank you Dr. Shumaker, and all your staff!!! Jeremy and Jake were incredible. They showed so much passion and caring for our puppy. They asked all of the right questions and listened to all of our overprotective questions. They did not want to sell you something just to sell you something. I recommend them to anyone looking for a vet for the first time or if they are looking to switch I would stop here. You can tell they all truly care for all the animals they come in contact with.
Jeremy was awesome he worked so hard on my fur baby to save her she was just to small to fight they were very professional and personable I would recommend North branch to everybody w an animal they went above and beyond to help yesterday!!! And very affordable!!!
