If this was my 1st time there, I would NEVER go back....but every other time I've been there is great so I'll be back. I was there with a party of 10 at the bar waiting for a lane. We were the majority of the bar...a couple other people scattered around. There were 2 bartenders working that felt it necessary to ignore us and have us wait for very long periods of time for drinks. I loved the atmosphere the drinks were great the service was great I loved it & cant wait to go back!!!
Ive been here a few times and loved it until my most recent experience. Customer service was foul. We had an issue with our touchscreen game device and they just constantly reset it when we notified the front desk, we never finished a game at all. The other customers who plaued next to us with the same screen also complained and were ignored like us. Paid for 3 games, only played two and not even to the finish. Had a work event on 2nd floor. It was very nice as there was a separate bar, plenty of space and activities and the food was very nice. Bartenders were great! Seems like a nice place to bring the family for a fun night out. Parking is tight especially on weekend.
We arrived around 12:45. No one was at the counter so we could set up bowling and rent shoes. We waited. And waited. Finally, after watching the two people working at the empty bar watch us looking around for someone working the bowling counter (and not lifting a finger to help us), we walked over to ask how we get a lane and set up bowling. Great lanes, great waitress. Bad food and bad bartenders. I never feel like I'm remembered or what my order was. If the food and the bar service gets better I will be back.
