While visiting Philadelphia I decided to stop in here with my boyfriend and do three quick games. When we walked in employees just kept walking by us and no one asked us if we needed help or to greet us. After 4/5 minutes someone decided to help us, we got our bowling shoes. We explained to the lady at the counter that my boyfriend just had surgery on his right foot and it was still swollen and he couldn't fit it in the bowling shoe.
