RecommendedEasily one of the best apartment communities in N. Charleston! We lived here for 2 years, and loved every second. The property managers are wonderful, and so is the maintenance crew. Any “issues” we ever had were always resolved within a day. The location is perfect- right off Rivers and close to the interstate. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful at all hours- including Friday and Saturday nights. 🤪 I cannot recommend them enough! We loved living here. 💛
Miss Sherēe was very professional throughout the application process and the tour of the apartment itself. She was kind and courteous while answering all my questions about the complex and the apartment I will be renting. She has been there through the entire process and if I ever had any questions she answered them in their entirety. I would definitely recommend if anyone is contemplating renting here to talk to Miss Sherēe!
Absolutely LOVE living here. We relocated from DE. The staff was so helpful and pleasant to work with. They know your name and make you feel like family. Extremely safe. Beautiful clubhouse and pool. When you have packages 📦 they get delivered to the front office and they text you when it’s delivered. No worrying about theft. Maintenance staff are reliable, punctual and friendly. Clean. Playground for kids. Hammock area and grilling area to use.
It's a perfect first apartment and the staff is friendly. They know us by name and we've only been here a short time. Super dog friendly.
I love the atmosphere of these apartments. As I arrived I meet some of the friendly tenants and friendly pets. It felt like home. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. This is definitely a place that I would recommend.
I love my kitchen I love my apartment I love my home...absolutely adore the manager of the apartment complex. We have no complaints..very nice quiet the people are very friendly...I can honestly say I haven't home and I enjoy it
So called renovations was more like a bad paint job. Even door nobs are painted. At 960 a month for a two bedroom apartment it's not worth it. Top it off so-called gym has equipment that is cheap and dated. North Charleston is also has no consideration for people in bikes. Access to main roads by foot or bike is suicide because of idiot's.
