Very helpful physios and welcoming staff
I have been doing Pilates with Lucy after having hip surgery. I have found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She has continually refined my program as required and l’m really happy with my progress.
I would highly recommend Sally. I had a running injury and from the first session, she understood my goals and provided targeted exercises to restore strength and movement to my legs which has made them feel stronger and improved my running form. She is very kind and professional and takes the time to answer my questions. Thanks so much for your services Sally!
Great service and sincere care. Highly recommend Kate
