Great service and sincere care. Highly recommend Kate
My husband and I have attended this clinic over the years and we have always had excellent outcomes from treatment received. You walk in with sometimes quite acute pain, and receive relief almost immediately. I call it "magic"! Follow up exercises are suggested as well as short videos sent to your email as reminders. The clinical pilates sessions are also so helpful, tailored to your needs, in small groups of no more than 3 people. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!
I can highly recommend Kate as her services have enabled me to overcome a major knee injury without surgery and to achieve a successful return to senior competition tennis. I started with 1 on 1 treatment sessions with Kate and now attend a weekly, 3 person clinical pilates class. Kate has developed a customised exercise plan but modifies this to focus on new challenges as they arise. I could not be happier with Kate's very professional services that are delivered in a flexible, caring and supportive manner.
The team were amazing. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, which was a blessing. On the day, Sally was great, very thorough and professional. Went to great lengths to work out my issue. Sally rang me back the next day to check on progress. Would thoroughly recommend.
