Very knowledgeable and concerning staff that will diagnose reptiles.
Today was my first visit at this hospital and it was an amazing experience. One of my foster ratties had to be euthanized and everyone was so caring and gentle with him. Thank you, Dr. Harris and staff , for making this a little easier on me.
Best vets in Austin, especially for exotics! They have taken excellent care of my dog AND my redfoot tortoise. Huge fan.
Went to get my baby a checkup the other day & the staff was amazing! I could tell his vet, Dr Judd really had lots of knowledge about Bearded Dragons! She was so sweet and Drago really loved her!!! He isn't content with many people other than his family, but he was so relaxed with her! It really felt great to know that we're doing everything right with/for him. The absolute best vet clinic you will ever find! I've been going to them for years, and they saved my cat's life. I had taken him to other vets that dismissed his kidney problem, but Dr. Hepner went above and beyond to save him. She even came in on her day off 😭🙏🏻 The entire staff is kind, loving, and are there to help your animal. All of my fur (and reptile) babies come here, and have been to all of the doctors there - they're kind, professional, and have a clear love for animals. We took our little waddles(2wk old potbelly pig)in after he had spent the weekend at the emergency vet , he very quickly became extremely ill and we honestly thought he wasn't going to pull thru it but Dr. Judd and the entire rest of the staff took excellent care of our little guy and found the issue right away (that even the emergency vets had ruled out saying that wasn't the cause).
