I love these people! We've been wanting to switch over for awhile but just recently made that change. What a wonderful change it's been! They have taken wonderful care of my adopted, multi issue, mastiff mix. They've been wonderful in addressing all my questions, calling medications in, seeing us on a same day basis sometimes, and most important to me --- loving my dog while we are there. Like, really. Absolutely amazing every time. I love them all and have no reservations leaving my fur babies with them. It's truly rare to like and trust everyone who works at any particular place, but this is one of those gems!
We love NAAH. They have taken excellent care of three of our cats. They even continue to take care of our last old man cat, as badly as he acts out. All of the vets and all of the techs are just wonderful.
I have never been to a vet clinic that is as filled with genuinely caring and amazing people. Everyone from the receptionists to the techs to the kennel staff are so wonderful, but most of all, I cannot say enough about what an amazing doctor Dr. Harris is. He and his staff went way above and beyond with our little hedgehog. After a week of daily visits or updates and a week of medical boarding, we found out that our little guy would not make it through his battle with cancer. We've brought in several of our ratty friends to NAAH over the years, and finally had to have a euthanasia. I wasn't able to express it at the time, but had I been able to talk, I wanted so badly to tell you all how wonderful you were. You were honest and kind with me, sweet with CoCo, and just the perfect mix of professional and personal.
