Great care of my kitties and of me! I have been in a financial bind for a couple of years and they have gone easy on me, which is unusual these days. All of their vets are very compassionate and skilled. I started taking my pets here about 12 years ago and now wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Even after Dr. Mouser left, they somehow found vets that go beyond the call of duty. Before they added their two newest vets, I thought that Harris, Heppner and Judd sounded like a rock band and guess what? They do rock!
They’ve taken excellent care of all my fur babies, I would go to no other vet!
I recommend them for anyone who has an exotic. Just because a vet SAYS they see exotics, doesn’t mean they know anything about them. I was burned elsewhere. North Austin Animal Hospital knows exotics, and I’m thankful I’ve found them.
I really like the care given here compared to many other places around Austin, I feel like Dr. Hepner and her crew are very knowledgable and sweet too!
The people at North Austin Animal Hospital are all wonderful, and they love our fur-babies as much as their humans. Dr. Harris is awesome, and the techs are so good with the animals. They never try to up-sell unneeded services or products, which is also nice. It’s all about the best interest of the animal. So sweet!
My cat is ill. She has lost 20% of her body weight since I took her to this vet. She may be dying. I made an appointment two days ago for today and they cancel it this morning and next appointment is in four days. Bump someone else! This is not the first time they have bumped my appointment. Wasted time, suffering animal. All bad. There are other things that show their lack of organizational skill but isn’t that enough?
The staff is super nice always answer all my questions about my bunny.💜
