Patty and JC were great to work with when I was choosing a bike. They immediately gave me a couple of bikes to try and discussed what kind of riding I wanted to get into. Their prices are very competitive and they are a great example of New England/small town kindness. I live in Virginia but Norm's is now my bike shop!
Have always been a very complete and courteous store. Service fantastic. Never an issue let alone a complaint! I recommend to every one if my friends.
