Seasonal Bargains to be Found There are many seasonal bargains to be found at Norm's Ski and Bike Shop. One would think that there are many places to be found in this part of NH. However, Keene only boasts of a few places. If you look out for bargains, Norm's is the place to go. Overall, Norm's prices are expensive but the customer service is great when you are looking for that something special for summer or winter gear.
RecommendedVery nice people. They surprise me with the nice and unusual bits and pieces they carry. For instance, I can always find the latest (and best) bike mirror there - and cheaper than online.
Once again, Norm's has treated me well beyond my expectations. Stopped in yesterday to "look" and left with a beautiful new Scott Fat Jon. Spending $$$ is not easy for me but they make it a pleasure! Awesome price, wonderful, knowledgeable & patient customer service and all given with ease & genuine smiles. I feel like I won the lottery with the great deal I got! Thanks a million Jaycee! I am forever a customer. You literally have me smiling like a kid on Christmas! I'll be back!!!

Today I bought my first mountain bike in a very long time. I went to a few different places and checked some out to get an idea of what I needed to ride now as an adult. Well this place was the best out of all of them. Very friendly staff with lots of information just an all around amazing buying experience.
Taylor was the best! She listened to what I needed and made great suggestions for products that related. (Also a great sport as I was naming stuff from random areas of the store!) The rest of the staff were very kind, informative and helpful as well. I would absolutely recommend Norm's over anywhere else!
