The staff was an absolute pleasure and answered my litany of novice questions with patience and detail. I felt like the differences between bike models were explained honestly, and at no point did it seem like I was pressured to overspend on features I didn't need. I would highly recommend them, and I know that I'll be heading back for any bike related needs.

I bought my Trek Dual Sport here about 4 months ago and customer service is outstanding! Already brought it in for maintenance and they did it right away for me...all staff there is friendly and knowledgeable and prices are great! I'm so looking forward to buying more bikes from them and wouldn't go anywhere else!
I would like to give a huge shout out to Norm's Ski and Bike, I have gotten both my Trek Marlin 5 and Scott Speedsder 40 from them. I had a accident today in Brattleboro 142 x some railroad tracks. My bike for the most part was in very good condition minus some handle bar adjustments. I rode to Norm"s they asked if I was ok and than took my bike and made all adjustments on the spot and a great price.
