Norman’s was amazing to work with-after buying two other dresses that just didn’t feel right, Joseph and the team helped me find the perfect one And I hired Joseph Pyatt to do some custom work and make a Tartan train to honor my husband who is from Scotland-he is SO amazing and talented!!! I got engaged at the beginning of the pandemic, so I came in for a dress appointment to try and save for it...you know..cause the pandemic shut down almost everyone's lives and my fiance was put out of work. It is very uncommon for us to have a bride come in and try on as much. I think it was a fair question since we've worked with you so many times. Its not worth the wear and tear on our wedding dresses if you have no intention of purchasing from us. Im am truly sorry its been a crazy time for you to plan a wedding.
My daughter bought her wedding dress at Normans in January for her wedding in October. She found her dream dress in about 10 minutes and it looked absolutely stunning on her. It fit off the rack and only had to have nude insert placed as it was shear on top. Normans gave us a list of alteration places to use. After the dress was altered we took it back to Norman’s and they steamed and stored it for us until the wedding day. They are wonderful to work with.
