I was disappointed with the way the consultant at Norman’s treated me. She mentioned how restrictive my budget was ($1,200) and isolated me from the dress selection process. There was no modesty robe to wear between dress fittings and I felt very uncomfortable. Norman’s could be a great place, but I did not have a good experience.
RecommendedI had a great experience at Norman’s Bridal. My consultant, Katie, was so easy to work with. She nailed my style right on the head and I walked out with the 4th dress I tried on! Norman’s is the best!
I wish I had started here! This was my 4th bridal shop and it’s the ONLY one that made me feel like I was important to them. I felt so welcome from the moment I walked into this store. My husband and I came to the store today and had the best experience. The young lady helping me was amazing, she was patient and let me Snapchat with my daughter who was not able to be there to pick out a dress. We found three she really liked and my daughter let her dad pick the dress and we purchased it. We will definitely be back to make further purchases, and maybe we will be able to purchase the first runner up dress :) . I had been to at least 9 Prom dress shops prior to coming to Norman’s! I drove 4 hours away just to come there! Lexus was simply the best when it came time for me to try on dresses! I felt so comfortable and confident knowing that she was specifically assigned to me! She was so sweet and helped me make a decision on what I liked and didn’t like!
