RecommendedALL of the staff at Norman’s Bridal in Springfield were AMAZING to work with! I purchased my dress BEFORE the COVID-19 pandemic went in full swing, but they made sure to communicate with me that EVERY precaution was being taken to keep my dress safe! My dress was shipped to me, to avoid me having to enter Springfield, and it was such a hassle free task. I highly recommend this store to any bride to be! ❤️

Loves the Experience! Katie was the one who helped me. She helped me feel comfortable, let me try dress after dress. Answered all my questions. She truly made it feel like we’ve been friends for years. So glad I choose to go to Norman’s to find me dream wedding dress!
Patty and the other ladies were phenomenal! My daughter found her wedding dress today. Patty took time to listen to her wants and found the perfect dress for her. We could take pictures and they made this special experience easy and stress free! Prices were reasonable too!I would definitely recommend Norman's to any bride.
I would definitely recommend Normans bridal. The girl that helped me was Katie J. She was amazing. She found what I was looking for very fast and made me feel very comfortable. She found me the one in a short time. I think I tried on 6-7 before finding the one. The other girls in the store were very kind and respectful.

I have bought my wedding dress and now my daughters second prom dress at Norman’s! Every experience was wonderful but the last visit was life changing! Not only was Seth amazing at helping my daughter find her perfect dress he helped pave her future! I can’t thank him enough for all his help!
I had a great experience at Norman's Bridal with Katie Jankovitz. I had bad experiences with consultants at another bridal store (the big one you're thinking of that everyone knows) and I was a bit nervous. Katie made me feel great the whole time we were there and really listened to what I liked and didn't like about each dress. She also was great making small talk that wasn't uncomfortable.
