My boyfriend and I lived there for about 10 years, but moved out because it was turning into a horrible place to live. The people that started moving into the hallway where we lived were very loud and inconsiderate. Someone had climbed up onto our 2nd story balcony and stole our bicycle. When we live on the ground floor,my boyfriend was hospitalized after a car accident, our apartment flooded so bad that I had to live with a bad mold smell all weekend because they "couldn't" do anything about it until Monday! Moved in 2012. Havent had any problems. Quiet. Referred a couple of friends.
I lived out from 2010 till 2014. I moved out because my apartment had mold in it. I reported that office and manager . At first I love the apartment complex . The pool was nice . After first two year my apartment was going down hills .
They rented a moldy appartment to my daughter and knew about it who does that? Just slap some paint on it no one will notice right?
It is ok to live out here. But they do not fix the things they say they will fix. Let's just say this. They still have yet to come fix my shower in I have lived out here for 3 years. I have had my tire stolen off my car. This will be my last year out here.
