This man works for the Texas Workers Comp. He lied and didn't perform an accurate test on my injuries. Don't trust this man to give you an honest impairment rating.
I have seen Dr Rittenberry 3 times from a workmans comp injury , he was hired by the insurance company to do test! He lied each and every time I seen him last time took my daughter to record his findings since nothing in his report never matched what happened in the session! There was no less than 5 doctors who reputed all his findings as well as the judge who sided on my behalf! BEWARE AND TAKE SOMEONE WITH YOU THIS MAN IS DISHONEST!
