Highly recommend Dr. Risinger and staff for cardio needs. Dr. Risinger sits and talks to you in layman’s terms and explains options. Staff is organized, efficient and courteous. Use of the portal facilitates communication between patient and staff

Everytime I see Dr. Risinger it is a great experience. He is a very caring and empathetic physician. He asks the right questions and listens to patient input. I truly believe I am in good hands with Dr. Risinger as my cardiologist. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great heart doctor!

Dr was nice and listened to concerns of patient/family member. But have some concerns as to followup on inquiry submitted regarding change in medicine and concerns of patient. Was not impressed as to how staff handled inquiry of patient as it took over a week to get a followup call from Dr/nurse. Also, nurse did not cover all concerns on inquiry when calling back. Had to ask further questions to get answers on request.

Business response:

We appreciate the kind words about our staff and are so sorry to hear about your wait. Thank you for taking time to let us know. I have shared your feedback with our administration. We're constantly working to improve our processes and appreciate you sharing this experience. -Andrea Scott, Director
